Usage example for hvector

Usage example for hvector is not showing the correct result.

d.iaddl(["a", "c"])

d
mydefaultdict(<type 'mydouble'>, {'a': 3.0, 'c': 0.0})

Here I got the value of c as 1.0 when I was running the code.
May be just some minor issue.

It should be 1.0 in stead of 0.0. The example is just not showing it.

Want to use your parser

Hi, I am interested in your dynamic programming dependency parser
but it seems unavailable on github as for now.
Will you upload it again on some day??
