Fragments initialized are not displayed in "Edit" mode

Describe the bug
After creating a new site with NewBiz theme, home page doesn't display any fragment in "Edit" mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (as an administrator):

Create a new site
Choose "NewBiz"
Go to the new site
Click the Edit button (pencil)

Expected behavior
Displayed fragments on the page should remains during editing.

Site Template

This is very nice! Has a lot of potential. Are you going to create a site template initializer? When applying this theme, only the header and footer show up. None of your fragments or content.
