Deprecate the -in flag and replace it with free form arguments. Each file is loaded and parsed and then linked together.

Redesign points for a better, cleaner implementation and language.

• Arch: 8-bit registers, 16-bit addresses
• Registers: 0-9 are "physical" 8-bit registers. A-D are double width registers using registers 2-9. 0-1 are only accessible as 8-bit registers.
• Memory is byte-addressed. 16-bit address = 64K memory cells.
• Instructions: 1-byte opcode with 0 or more operands
• Instruction table needs to be redesigned. I want it to be relatively simple, but not convoluted.
