Local Dev

You'll need to run Run a web server in the local directory with a signed certificate. Here is an example for PHP.

Create a self-signed certificate

openssl req -x509 -out localhost.crt -keyout localhost.key \
-newkey rsa:2048 -nodes -sha256 \
-subj '/CN=localhost' -extensions EXT -config <( \
	printf "[dn]\nCN=localhost\n[req]\ndistinguished_name = dn\n[EXT]\nsubjectAltName=DNS:localhost\nkeyUsage=digitalSignature\nextendedKeyUsage=serverAuth")

Host the web server with SSL

node ./server.js

Open your browser and go to https://localhost:8000
