  • deprecate plot = TRUE and customize_plot arguments, return plot object for user modification

  • GEE

  • WRM

  • rvi.plot

  • covar.plot + var.plot

Struggling to understand error message = "length of data does not match length of coordinates"

I am trying to use spind (and GEE) for the first time. I have 582 rows in my data set and lat/long coordinates. I have made sure tot urn the coordinates into integers. Every model I try to run returns the following error message:

Error in GEE(formula, data = dat1, coord = coords, family = "gaussian", :
length of data does not match length of coordinates

I am certain that both the coords matrix and the data file have the same length (582 lines) and there are no missing values. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and how did you resolve it?

Error log(log(ac05)/log(ac01)) : NaNs produced in GEE

Hi,
I get this error but I am not sure what it means or how to fix it. All coordinates are cartesian and integer and not NAs in the data.

Error in gee::gee(formula = formula, family = family, data = data, id = id, :
NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 14)
In addition: Warning message:
In log(log(ac05)/log(ac01)) : NaNs produced

Any hint on what the issue could be ? I can give you a repex ifneeded
