Bootscreen do not show

Is not a bug, just a feature not correctly implented, and need more reflection of use. This is planned for a update for this.

Audio problem with cli_talk & cli_deskboard

Problems reported

eSpeak in some situation do not sound output correctly
Deskboard in Python do not play radio player correctly

Explaination

eSpeak do not output sound correctly if started by a cron job or other, need to be started by a elevated parent process.
Deskboard radio make very high usage of buffer and for unknown reason can loose the ability to output sound on speaker.

Audio stream cut and memory overload

Audio stream playback stop to output
Audio stream playback make UI freeze
Audio stream playback make memory overburst and crash the system

Audio cut is a reccurent bug
The OS crash, not sure, need more hardware tests

Explaination
The stream playback make buffer and cause many "pause" and "play" state, this one of cause of stoping playback. Buffering too much can cause a UI freeze or OS crash if memory is full. Is not the fault of code, is the bad compatibility of GStreamer with stream. Need to set better setting for help process to run it smoothly. "Nice" usage help this, but is not perfect.
