Need to create a svg and png help icon. This can be added to the custom font.

Image import and overlay
We had a discussion about the feasibility of the user being able to import a png image, draw on it with the BARK toolkit and then add that to their report. It might be the case they want to draw/annotate on data that won’t load natively into FOREST such as tephigrams. This isn’t in the proposal but might be an easy thing to include?

Need to add the following group descriptions to the toolbar dropdown.

Present Weather Group 0 (General No precipitation fog dust storm sandstorm drifting or blowing snow)
Present Weather Group 1 (GeneralNo precipitation at the station at the time of observation)
Present Weather Group 2 (Precipitation fog ice fog or thunderstorm )
Present Weather Group 3 (Duststorm sandstorm drifting or blowing snow)
Present Weather Group 4 (Fog or ice fog at the time of observation)
Present Weather Group 5 (Drizzle)
Present Weather Group 6 (Rain)
Present Weather Group 7 (Solid precipitation not in showers)
Present Weather Group 8 (Showery precipitation or precipitation with recent thunderstorm)
Present Weather Group 9 (Thunderstorms)

At the moment any annotations/markup remain on the active content when the next or previous button are selected.
We need to think what happens when the uses selects these. It probably should save any annotations then clear them when the buttons are selected?
