looks like crap but should work for parsing packets JIT and from replay

as for RAF assets you can hook the game and detour the RADS_Open API to load anything you need, no need to repack game files.

Use this: https://github.com/moonshadow565/ENetUnpack instead of all the previous parsers.
Custom content will be handled with zips probably but editing RAFs is better. (performance)
Im pretty sure that there are some tools on sound, check https://github.com/LoL-Fantome/Fantome.Libraries.League
LOLReplay work for spectator replays, other replays (for 4.20 version) have problems that assumed to be unfixable. (but all the other ones work)

So I vote to close this issue and open new one about custom content handling (I think that the zip solution was already chosen, and we have https://github.com/LeagueSandbox/Nexus for deployment)
