muy bien este ejercicio, pero solo una "pega": en lugar de llamar al componente LightElement tres veces dentro de tu componente TrafficLight, podrías tener un array de colores del tipo const colores = ["rojo", "amarillo", "verde"] y dentro del return, debajo del div .semaforo hacer un bucle map a ese array de colores para que pinte el componente LightElement en base a su valor y comparándolo con el color seleccionado.
Así solo llamas una vez al componente y lo haces más automático.
