The only problem I see with that is that binary files in that area are supposed to be directly copied over, so something about that will need to be changed to make this work.
Maybe just checking if InstallPath is ui/texture/CHARA01.emb would be enough? Or possibly adding an extra property to the File object for it, that way it can be done with other EMB files too.

So while implementing this I took the opportunity to rework a few things. Now it is possible to declare what a file entry is supposed to be for, instead of just guessing based on the path.
With this change simply adding Type=βBinaryβ will allow for most files to be loaded from binary and installed that way. This is a better solution I think.
