Sometimes the Start/Stop button doesn't reflect the correct running state of the LocationService.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ensure you can evict activities from memory (Settings -> Developer options -> Don't keep activities [enabled]).
2. Start the Trackr app and start tracking your location by pressing the Start/Stop button in the bottom right corner.
3. Observe:
   1. The button turning red.
   2. The icon changing to "stop".
   3. The status bar showing a "Trackr" notification.
4. Evict the activity from memory (if above developer options are enabled it should be enough to press the "Home" button, pushing the activity to the background).
5. Start the Trackr app again from the Android apps menu.

Expected behaviour:

The Start/Stop button is red with a "stop" icon.

Actual behaviour:

The button is green with a "play" icon.
