TODO: Full Screen and Device Scaling

 The code needs to be able to run full screen at a device specific scale. I am looking at how to do this for the HTML5 canvas, the Phaser.Game parameter and use of ScaleManager. The two Android phones I am using to work on are 1280 x 720 and 480 x 320.  I want the menu images to appear full screen with no padding, margins, border etc. 

TODO: integrate Phaser-Menu-System

I want to integrate Matt McFarland's Phaser-Menu-System into the code. This means moving the index and main files out of the game folder to the Mitchy's Maize folder . Also, the folders should be moved out of the game folder to the Mitchy's Maize folder. I will use assets as the assets folder name rather Assets to ease integration of Mr. McFarland's code. Later, artwork will need to be created or found to replace that used by Mr. McFarland.

TODO: Touch controls

Since I am working on Android phones with touch control, all of the Phaser examples code that uses the arrow cursor keys don't do me any good and I need to replace them with mobile touch controls such as touch in a quarter of the screen or touch a button or touch related to a pointer etc. I am looking at touch and swipe input examples.
ZENVA would just love me to buy their course! I can only wish! Until then, I need to figure it out the hard way.

Github Website not working

If it isn't one thing it's another. Now the entire Github website doesn't work. I click on the link and get a blank screen. Also still trying to find the bug in the Phaser Menu System code and thinking about dropping it and doing without mixins and polyfill etc. and just loading in a static screen image.

Currently, the code seems to work up to the splash screen and Ready! but seems to stop before changing to the menu screen. Find out what the problem is. Path incorrect, syntax error or more time needed to render image?
I have the Menu System code running ok on my Samsung Galaxy S3 except for the credits page which doesn't seem to appear after credits is selected from the main menu.
I've had all of the code including the credits page working on a desktop computer.

Handle redundancy of Assets folder

The phaser-menu-system code uses a folder with the name 'assets'. I am thinking about making this the main folder for all Mitchy's Maize game assets. Is there any reason to maintain a separate assets folder?

Redundancy of game folder from phaser-menu-system

The code in the game folder is redundant. The folder and its contents should be deleted. The code has been copied outside of the game folder with the intention of using it as a skeleton for a splash screen and menus.

directory name capitalization

pushing and committing from remote sgit seems to work but now 'Images' folder has replaced 'images' folder.
Best if folder name was'images'.

CSV maps

TILED is not available for Android and my ability to access a desktop computer is very limited. Also, SPHERE 2d RPG is not available for Android and I am trying to find ways to recreate some of the maps I made for the exterior and interior scenes. There is some format code that I can use and I am looking at the Phaser tilemap examples. I have some tilesets I need to merge maybe with GIMP online.
Presently, I am going to use the Soil tileset to make a field background layer as a CSV map file. A Map editor like the one built into SPHERE would make things so much easier.
I have looked online for several online Map editors but none are exactly what I want.

Delete CSS folder

The CSS folder is not needed. The .css file is being placed in the assets/style/ folders path..

jQuery version in vendor folder

Check and/or replace jQuery version in vendor folder with most updated version compatible with Phaser version being used.
