need to work out the vars file
nulecule/atomicapp doesn't really support the prompting for an install that has a conf file that must be edited. Easy way to resolve is to set env vars (using $ vars in the nulecule), and then echo them in to the vars file in config.sh. The longer way is to add support for atomicapp that lets you add an image layer to an existing image with the vars file in it.
