v3 Feature Set

Remove v1 code
Change package structure and move all extensions to a separate namespace. Introduce a submodule for each extension
Make uwe as a zero-dependency library as possible.
Simplify building of supervisor tree when a worker has many children.
Introduce recovery behaviour (aka restart-on-fail, etc).
Introduce dependencies of workers.
