Valgrind of tests on Travis is currently disabled - it should be restored

Currently we're leaking the header only websocketpp implementation via ReqServer.h

This is necessary, since we are not a header only library - and we do not expose an interface suitable for use with the underlying lirbary.

Remove this leakage to speedup compilation / test cycle

Allow request servers to optionally enable a request stream pushing an update for each (non-tap) message that is sent or received by the server.

Export a utility executable at install time that attaches to a request server with the SocketTap stream enabled, and dump the messages to output

Currently the travid build link seems to be broken

The python library should be able to talk to asynchrnously send a request to a websocketcpp server and return the response
