This is a collection of open-source bots for robotgame. It is useful for testing bots locally, without using the Challenge feature on the site.

List of active open-source bots on the site.

1. Clone the repository:

   $ git clone https://github.com/mpeterv/robotgame-bots bots

   This creates bots directory containing all the bots.

2. Test your bots against open-source opponents using rgkit:

   $ rgrun <your-bot.py> <bots/open-source-bot.py>

   See below the list of available opponents.

3. [Optional] Update the repository:

   $ git pull --rebase origin master

   (Tip: run the command from the bots directory)

Just send a pull request. Updating the list of bots is nice. Adding other people's bots is fine as long as they are marked as open-source on the site.
