This should be 2nd priority once #1 is resolved.

The struct itself is defined within ligra/graph.h. It is currently pretty much a copy of the original graph struct, and thus needs to be remodeled most likely in order for it to work nicely with pmem.

This should be our third priority after #1 and #2.

Code is now restructured so that graph data on pmem can be retrieved. We need to write some sort of metadata onto it for future uses in order for this to work. Also, flag should be added to let the program know that I want to retrieve the old data, rather than generate a new one from input file.
