Kumquatt mqttd is a massibely scalable and clusterable MQTT v3.1.1 broker written in Scala.

Kumquatt mqttd supports MQTT v3.1.1 protocols.

PingReq has bug

PINGREQ must be a 2bytes but it uses only 1 byte.
I'm not sure but RemainingLength have some bugs.
