MT Metadata document feedback

Thank you for the opportunity to review your MT Metadata Guide, currently version 0.0.15. Some comments:

page 4: sec 2.1: You mention first using a {category}.{name} approach to terms. At the very end, you introduce the concept of 'nesting' and show a three-component term without further explanation. Can you better describe what nesting is and how you arrived at the example positive.location.latitude from your two-component approach? Also, when should nesting be used?

page 5: Figure 1: Even looking at explanations later, it is not clear to me whether Run 01 at Station 01 is the same time-event as Run 01 at Station 02, or if they are completely independent. Is a Run an experiment-wide phenomenon, or is it just an at-station phenomenon? Should we clarify a connection in the diagram if there is in fact one?

page 5: 2.2.1 ISO 8601 Date time format is acceptable is listed, but also allows for the time zone component to be represented as hhmm or Z. Should this section indicate this flexibility or will the specification be that you have one acceptable representation (as shown)?

page 6: Figure 2: 'positive' has a misspelling

page 7: Table 1: SI units should be presented as non-plural. Use 'volt' instead of 'volts'.
