SDK kucoin-python to support .io API host
When i debug at local env, i got some errors like:

So, How about to support openapi-sandbox.kucoin.io in kucoin-python ?
None of this stuff works!
Having an academy to teach people about the API is helpful. What is not helpful is having outdated information regarding the API. None of the examples work because the API has changed, so essentially this academy is pointless and useless.
