Make tooltip last longer,

App should load correct plan when eg. /plan/123-uczniowie-1B is accessed by user
URL in browser should change on plan change
URL should look like /plan/[id]-[category]-[shortName], the app will only look for a plan with specified id, and ignore the rest
Loading a plan from url should not change the plan that's stored in localStorage
By clicking on eg. room name on plan user should see plan for that room
