All data for user requests should be fetched from our own database, rather then making a request to an external API, every time a user makes a request.

A bot will hit the API every 5 minute and data will be stored on a Redis storage. Every request from Slack will get a response with data coming from Redis.

Description

Currently the user has to type commands in the format /coyne <command> #<coin> to use the service. It would be a lot more user friendly to:

• Show an interactive input form when the user types a specific command /coyne <command>. This form has autocomplete functionality for the supported coins. These are the 100 coins that will be stored in the cache at the time of the request.
• Show an interactive message menu with all the available commands when /coyne is typed.
