add urban (port from painbot) and xkcd commands (API for xkcd https://xkcd.com/json.html )

This command would allow the user to use it and have an audio file link as the 1st argument and the bot will play the link

usage:

D.play <link to audio>

Add this to the end of the end of a shields.io URL to add the verified dev badge as logo instead of just having it as an image because having it as an image makes me wanna cry

bot didn't play sound and won't play other sounds, saying that it has to finish playing the sound that it didn't play. tried kicking bot and adding back again but that didn't work.

Hi, I recently set up an instance of your bot but could not get it to run. I installed requirements.txt via pip but in main.py, it seems like the utils package is not installed.
