Currently the sheet optic of the site content is constructed with 3 small png graphics and their different positioning.

To reduce the http requests and file assets this sheet could be created out of a css3 property (box-shadow). Incompatiblity with some browsers is not critical. In mobile browsers the sheet optic is gone anyway.

This fix will go into the 7.x-2.x branch only.

In IE the site slogan is next to the title (instead of be positioned below it).

There is a 1 or 2 px gap between the upper border of the page sheet and the browser window / viewport when user is not logged in.

The background image of the #main_menu links are set to none.

Fix: import buttonstyle_hover mixin for hover, focus and active states. Pay attention to the border color for these states to (from a grey to a dark red).
