Hello,

Thanks for using the issue tracker to report this problem.

This appears to be a documentation issue:

1) The Add Simple Library button was removed from the toolbar to streamline the
application (Parallax, the main web page still has a graphic with the button on
the toolbar). Page 22 of the 1.0.1 (RC1) user guide (found in the Help menu)
says:

- 1. Select the Project > Add Simple Library item.
- 2. Browse to the library you want to add, select it, and click the Select
Folder button. Note that if you accidentally double-clicked the desired folder,
you can still click the Select Folder button (without selecting any subfolder
first) in order to choose the desired folder.

2) It is not necessary to click on a .h file to add the library. All that you
need to do is go into the lib* library and click the "Open" button shown in
your image. The Windows version and the User Guide says "Select Folder" which
is a bit inconsistent.

It seems to me as the developer, that it might be useful to allow selecting the
.h file, but in the case of multiple .h files, it might cause just as much
confusion as the current methodology.

Hopefully this can be resolved through documentation rather than feature
redesign.

Thanks again.

I agree, it is a documentation issue. Eventually there should be two
versions - one for Windows and one for Linux. At least wx is more
stable - if MS changes their mind again we'll be back to windows 3.

Jeff, please consider adding multi-os images to the user guide.
