Updated info from Andy:
User modified settings for the following fields do not persist after SimpleIDE
restart:
SimpleIDE -> Properties -> General -> (Loader Folder, Projects checkbox)
After enabling Project View, the Simple View returns after restarting
SimpleIDE. If the user has gone through the trouble of figuring out how to get
to project view, I suspect they'll want that view every time they restart

Enabling "Properties -> General -> View Mode" and setting Project View is now
persistent (before 1.0). Disabling view mode with project view opened will
cause Simple View to open on restart.
