Nowadays IdGenerator supports only Int32, but Primary keys have 64-bit support already.

A generator utility class to conveniently generate things like IEnumerables, ILists and strings.. The Random extension methods can do things like shuffle and retrieving a random element from an IList

In .NET Core services, we use DateTimeOffset as data type for datetime values. Currently we use standard DateTimeOffset.Now so the logic is not testable. So it would be nice to support it in our DateTimeProvider.

Description

If primary key of a table is IDENTITY column, bulk update updates invalid rows. Full info is in issue filed in KORM.

Bulk update does not support tables with composite primary keys. Although single column primary keys are sufficient for most cases, we can support composite PKs as well.

Add decimal extension for rounding

• Deleted items will be in DbSet.EditedItems.
• Items will be inserted by BulkInsert into temp table (be carefull about differences between MS SQL and MS Access, look at BulkInsert or BulkUpdate).
• Then execute a query with join from temp table to source table.
• This technique is significaly faster than executing query per item.
