Choice broken? about laravel-form-builder HOT 3 CLOSED

Following this I'm seeing a weird bug. This is my buildForm():

$this
       ->add('customer_id', 'choice', [
            'choices' => ['monthly' => 'Monthly', 'yearly' => 'Yearly'],
            'empty_value' => '==== Select customer ==='
            ])
        ->add('card', 'form', [
            'class' => \FormBuilder::create('Ntech\Http\Forms\Payments\CardForm')
            ]);

Like this $options['children'] only contains a SelectType.

If I remove the choice field the child form is in there correctly.

If I move the choice field to AFTER the child form, ONLY the child form is in there.

Definately a bug.
