Add include section
I'm not sure if this is a good convention, but what about a include directory?
Add infra/ folder

In section #source-files it would be nice to have an example of a project which uses the app directory. Perhaps an example which is an end user application.
Add compiled files section
Recommendations
Recommend adding a pkg section for release engineers to work out of; it is possible to add this to src but typically there is a separation of responsibilities which warrants the separation of structure.
