基本思路

1、通过getUserMedia拿到视频流，将视频流作为 video 标签的 srcObject 属性，进行浏览器对摄像头的回放。
2、通过 canplay 事件，拿到摄像头所拍视频的高宽比
3、通过 fullscreen api 将视频设为全屏模式
