I've thought about this but I feel like it would be relatively difficult to implement for what I think is not much benefit.
For now, filtering games is the priority, but I might look into this later.
PS, you can hit the delete key while in the details page for a game to remove it.

This would probably not fit into the current design of the app very well.
Instead, I'm looking into refetching cover art and automatically removing games.
