Vendor information is missing in lint definition

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
This library is build with older version of dependencies. New versions needs vendor information.
com.kozaxinan.android.checks.IssueRegistry in /Users/t.cunha/.gradle/caches/transforms-3/0d3624e1c094ac0508235e5f7173dfee/transformed/android-lints-0.5.1/jars/lint.jar does not specify a vendor; see IssueRegistry#vendor
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Release a new version of the library with up to date dependencies.
Set Java runtime to 17 on GitHub action

GitHub action uses java 11. Current setup requires java 17.
ResponseBody is not immutable and lint check fails
Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
ResponseBody class is a valid return type. User doesnt have control and it is not mutable. Mutable lint check fails for ResponseBody.
Lint check should ignore ResponseBody return type.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Have a retrofit service function with ResponseBody return type
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Lint should allow ResponseBody
Github action for PRB check
Add github action to repo to build and run test on pull requests
