I am using android 4.1.1 phone, when going to copy sim contact to phone,app 
will forced stop.

I'm using the latest version of SIMsalabim. When i try to copy a contact to the 
phone, i get the error message "Error adding number to contact on phone".

Contact couldnot be converted to sim...

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have contact on SIM which is not on the phone
2. Startup Simsalabim

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Contact on SIM should only be visible on the SIM tab. Instead it is visible 
also on the phone tab.

A contact named " A1 HANDY KONFIG." is stored on the SIM with the number
08006641111.

When trying to delete it, the error message "Error during deletion of
contact on SIM" pops up. This problem persists also app-restarts.

Currently the usage of APIs is limited to 1.6 APIs. 

Determine the platform version at runtime (maybe using Build.VERSION.SDK_INT 
and the numbers from Build.VERSION_CODES) and instantiate the (now split-up) 
class which uses the correct API.

Especially rework the retrieval method for PhoneContacts to use the new 
ContactsContract interface if available.

1. Scroll down on the phone contacts list
2. Copy contact to SIM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List should stay at the current position to allow continuous copying of
items further down the list. Instead it always resets to the top of the
list and the user has to scroll down for each contact.
