I tried a lot of different Windows versions (Windows 10 21H2, Windows 10 22H2, Windows 11) and Office versions (using ODT to download 2019, 2016 enterprise) but all only popped up the msdt and asked for passkey without popping out the calculator.
Any suggestions on this problem? I have turned off the firewall and security scan functionality on my VMs as well.
