I'm trying to use this library in a project that uses JaHMM. In you README it states that this repository has some speed improvements so I would like to test this. The repository has a dependency on something called Jutils. Your README says:

The program uses a java library called jutils that can be found here: https://github.com/KommuSoft/jutil

However this link gives me a github 404. Could you help me with this?

Can anyone tell that if i have a dataset that has some prices written for example like this:

4011
599
4500
2345

Now, how can do the following:
1.) read these values as input
2.)Create Observation Sequences out of it. In the SimpleExample.java it is creating random sequences.But how to read values and create observation sequence as required format in the program?

3.) Call Clustering algorithm and divide the into 3 classes.
