KOII disappeared after them faililng to add to the "task" balance

🐛 What issue do you have?

Greetings!

I had lost some KOII and can't find where they are.

  1. I've received 8 KOI when registering because I've added 3 networks total.
  2. I've earned 24 KOI during several days on "Free Token Task"
  3. My current total of all coins at the time were ~32 KOI.
  4. I've sent about 18 KOI (unfortunately I don't remember exact number but I think it was 18 or 19) from my "Available Balance" to my "Free Token Staking" balance. The transaction seemed went through.
  5. But then the coins disappeared: my available balance right now is 3.17, total staked is 8.41 (and it should be staked over 26 now!), and "balance" is 2. So if we add it up that comes to ~13, while as I said I had before ~32 KOI total.

Finally, I did NOT used transfer function anywhere. So I am wondering where are my <20 KOI, in some "limbo"?

I've tried to open blockchain explorer but it doesn't seem to be showing all the balances either:

Please see the screenshot for more details.

I wonder where are my KOII and could I get them back? Seems to be some bug in the interface.

P.S. In general, all the operations in the KOII Node wallet seems to be quite slow.

Thanks

Can't claim rewards

So, what I encountered. I am running the node on an iMac M1. One of the three available tasks does not start, it is "Google-doodle-task", and I also can not unstake the coins I stake to perform the task. The other 2 tasks start, but periodically the task "I'm a Task. Free Tokens!" spontaneously stops, I haven't noticed any pattern as to why this happens while I'm watching. Next, a few times I managed to claim rewards, but then I failed to do so, I will provide screenshots below. After I have claimed the rewards balance is zeroed, but in half a minute the balance of rewards returns to the original at that time. I can assume that this happens because my rewards exceeded the declared bonus.

The first screenshot - the state of the node before claiming rewards.
The second screenshot - just after claiming.
The third screenshot - a minute after claiming.

My task is missing

My task is missing, and with it the 500 KOII I stake. Now I don't have a single active task to complete.

  3. It worked for 5 times (I've earned 2.5 KOII), but now it fails-out all the time with error in the UI "Something went wrong. Try running this task again".
  4. I've also provided CLI logs for easier debug.
  5. Tried disabling IPv6 but it didn't seems to help.

Tasks often stop on their own

It is required to periodically monitor Node to make sure if tasks are enabled. Currently tasks often stop on their own - you need to constantly turn them off and turn them on again manually. The issue occurs on Macbook 16" (Intel core i9, M1 Max, RAM 32 GB) and Windows Dell (Intel core i5, RAM 16 GB), on KOii Node versions 0.7.0, 0.7.1, 0.7.2.

Hi, I am getting this error after starting a node. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the node, restarting several times. The log file is also attached.

Steps to reproduce

So, uh. To get the node up and running, I had to delete all the old data and folders associated with the KOII node on my computer under application data. I then had to reconnect the node as if I had just installed it and had never done it before, including entering the private key and a new PIN. I got everything working, the node is working, but all my KOIIs that were stake in tasks are gone. I have the data showing that I have no stake in the tasks. It was about 4050 or 4150 KOII in three tasks.
