when a user register to this bot, there will be shared messages before that time.

when a user sends /new command s/he gets the latest message before s/he registers. when the user send /new command again then s/he gets the message before it. this goes on.

when the user gets all messages and sends /new command again then s/he gets a warning message.

Currently this bot only supports text sharing. It should support image sharing as well.

However telegram doesn't allow image sending with a command. So we can send the image first then reply to it by writing the command.

like following:

• when a user suggests a link it should be checked and if it's shared before it should send a warning message and this suggestion shouldn't be sent to admins
• when an admin sends a link it should be checked and if it's shared before then it should send a warning message ti the admin and the message won't be shared with users.

Currently if an admin sends 10 messages in an hour then all users would get them in real time. Users should be able to throttle incoming updates for themselves like send me at most 2 updates per hour etc.

Users can activate, change or disable throttling via a telegram command. something like /throttle or /decrease.

After command the bot should sends a set of buttons to users with predefined throttling choices like:

• 1 message per hour
• 2 messages per hour
• 3 messages per hour
• 4 messages per hour

those choices should be configurable via application properties or via application database
