foundry-pro-chrome-extension's Issues

Custom Dev-Token lifetime

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the lifetime of a dev token is fixed to 5min, but maybe someone needs longer or shorter tokens. Would be great to have such a feature in the settings.

Describe the solution you'd like
Separate page for all settings for the "token-manager" where you can disable/enable and also customize a bit more.

Additional context
This feature fits together with #34 and could be implemented in one go.

add Link names on hover in the sidebar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With many links in the toolbar, I cannot differentiate which link does what.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show me the name of the Link when the Icon is hovered, just as the original UI does.

Describe alternatives you've considered
do as default implementation does it. Works fine and fills all needs for this

Additional context
this is how it looks in the default UI.

Popup stylesheets apply on other websites.

Describe the bug
The stylesheet from the popup is overwriting some website's stylesheets. E.g. the "active" state style of inputs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Click on any input field and you can see the blue border.

Expected behavior
This should not be the case. No website should be affected by these stylesheets.

process is not defined

Describe the bug
The extension is not working at all. Crashes right at the start with the following error.

content.js:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: process is not defined
    at content.js:2:329133
    at content.js:2:1002888
    at content.js:2:1002891

To Reproduce
Download new nightly or release builds. Can not reproduce on local deployments.

CSS-Overwrite on Foundry

Describe the bug
A newer version of Blueprint-CSS is applied to the Foundry UI which can lead to some wrong-sized boxes and generally bad UI on the foundry.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Enable and disable the Extension and refresh the page.

Expected behavior

  • Foundry UI does not change. But the new Blueprint-CSS is applied.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • all versions

Solution:

  • only import CSS on Popup and not in the Menu component.

Enable / Disable Features

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be great to enable/disable some of the default features. E.g. I never use the session token, so I don't need to have it shown in the menu bar.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple checkbox would be enough to enable/disable in the Popup I think.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If more features are coming, it might make sense to add a tab for each bigger feature.

secret-checker in code repos

add a feature of scanning source-files devs work on right know and detect jwt tokens or other types of secrets and password.
Somehow highlight them and maybe even add a note when committing.
