...and a particularly old and perhaps no longer userful one, its functions presumably having been overtaken by Python code of some sort. Nevertheless, it is cited here and there and since the original website and source code repository has been lost it's been placed here in case it is of relevence to those looking into such references.

This code was written as a quick and dirty way to allow researchers to run various bioinformatics Perl scripts with a nice easy GUI, users preferring to click on buttons rather than type things if they possibly can. It seemed to work well enough in this role at the time.

See the included index.html for instructions on usage. Other than that, you're probably on your own as it's been some time since the author and collaborators have used this.

This licence would seem appropriate.
