googlebot now understands the author explicit consent. The author must add the comment
@googlebot I consent.
to explicit state that.
Closing this as the problem should now be fixed, please reopen if not.

There's a feature request for that (bug 34772202).

According to the CLAbot team: "In several spots ... the problem is due to ... using a personal email address ... rather than [company] address. Therefore, we can't identify that he is acting as a [company] employee in these PRs. If we could, then we would infer author consent based on the fact that the PRs are being submitted by another [company] employee, and the CLA checks would pass."

@adrcunha thanks for the update. I can adjust the way I sign commits.
Secondly, is it possible for the CLA bot to accept a /consent
command for the scenario where the companies of say two authors differ?
from test-infra.
In some cases you the issue can be fixed by adding the "cla: yes" or "cla: no" labels to override the bot (mind the space).
To force the bot to rescan the PR and update the CLA status, add the comment @googlebot rescan
to the PR.
