I was about to package bioCancer for GNU Guix when I noticed that "the help files" are released under a non-commercial CC license, thereby making them non-free according to the Free System Distribution Guidelines.

Could you please clarify what files are released under that license?

This is Ino from the cBioPortal team. We are looking to retire cgdsr, but we see bioCancer uses it quite a bit. How complex would it be to switch to using the new cBioPortalData package?

When I launch bioCancer the browser gets greyed out with the following error given in R

Same scenario on different machines, both PC and Mac
