OJS plugin, tested for OJS 2.6.3

Create a new block to display the last announcements in a sidebar.

Install
=======
Install as usual OJS plugin.


Use
===
In aparence configuration (step 5) set the new block to some sidebar.

If you want apply your custom CSS


Known issues
============

Q: The block is enabled in step 5, but it's not shown in the homepage.
A: Sometimes OJS requires "$ php tools upgrade.php update" to register the module in the database.
