Add escape gem to dependencies
I would suggest that the gemspec include dependencies to the 'escape' gem.

couldn't install juggernaut... am running rails-3.2.13
Can't get rake juggernaut:install to work
Warning, couldn't load gem tasks: no such file to load -- escape! Skipping...
rake aborted!
Don't know how to build task 'juggernaut:install'
Adding --trace doesn't give anymore useful info.
Do I need to unpack the gem first?
