Курс: Прикладаня математическая статистика

Здесь собраны примеры и визуализации элементов математической статистики, обсуждаемых на лекциях.

Работа ведется в среде R с использованием IDE R Studio.

  • Скачать R Studio можно здесь
  • Для запуска R в jupyter notebook [если по умолчанию нельзя создать в нем файл R или он не работает] необходимо выполнить:
    1. открыть терминал R
    2. выполнить install.packages('IRkernel')
    3. выполнить IRkernel::installspec()
    4. открыть обычный терминал с доступным в нем Jupyter Notebook
    5. выполнить jupyter notebook
    6. создать сверху справа новый файл R
    7. для теста выполнить hist(rnorm(100))

Для возможности удобного осуществления ревью (если есть права разработчика) установите специальный инструмент
