Lines 285-290 in the multi_aperture_photometry.py is meant to find the number of pixels within the aperture but this has proven to be difficult. Currently these lines do not work as intended.

There is an error when subtracting the 'zero.fits' (master bias) from the science images that causes an error that says. Any instruct incompatible sizes.

See if there is a polynomial fit for the V-R color index values to get an effective temperature from that.

Allow apass.py create RADEC files for Astro ImageJ (AIJ) automatically instead of comparing an already made AIJ RADEC file. This would make it much easier for the user to just upload an image to the program and then automatically get the needed comparison stars rather than searching in AIJ first and then with this program.

The program should automatically find the same number of points on either side of the guessed time of minim rather than setting both left and right limits manually.

If a time of minimum is negative (before the first primary time of minimum) then the program should be using the ceiling function rather than the floor.

Figure out the correct way to find TESS magnitudes with corrections and below are a few papers to start to look at.

At the most basic, I want to include some form of the Kwee van Woerden method for finding times of minimum. The next step would be to have this be an interactive thing where the user can just interactively move through a graph and pick points on the graph for calculation.

Add the ability to create O-C data from BSUO data and not only TESS data.

Allow for the detection and removal of cosmic rays in IRAF_Reduciton.py

Instead of having everything be in the command line, move things to buttons and text boxes. Maybe use Tkinter or something else entirely.

I need the setup.cfg file to exclude the tests, docs, and examples folders when compiling for PyPi.

Allow a user to have no darks during the 'IRAF_Reduction' process

Plot total O-C data including previously generated O-C data to produce a single concise graph in the same program.

Find a way to query Gaia data to extract parallax values and maybe effective temperatures as well.

Use the linear coefficient and add it to the period and re-analyze the (O-C) values with this new period.

Need to add in example figures and tables for the documentation pages.

Try to add some test files to create tests for functions.

Reduce science images with the IRAF_Reduction.py program.

Need to add the ability to gather magnitude data for TESS and not just relative flux as this will no longer be the case.

Describe the Behavior
With the Cosmic Ray remover in IRAF_Reduction.py causes the final science image to be full of NaN values when applied to FLAT field calibration images.

Expected behavior
Should be a final, fully calibrated science image.

OC_plot.py is not working correctly with the all_data function. The output file that gets thrown to the data_fit function is not being read correctly and the output to the .txt and .tex for the table of minimums is not working correctly.

This is for getting radial velocity data to have a well defined mass ratio (q) to quote.

Will work on updating the wiki in order to provide some more details about each program and how they work and what they are doing. This takes time and will be a slower work in progress.
