Investigate Video Pre-Roll Delay

It looks like videos now for the most part are pre-cued and don't need a 2s preroll. Test this and perhaps change the default preroll.

Integrated Presenter Auto Recording Start

Auto start recording when doing slide drive video from titleslide (full_1)?? to the next slide (copyright_2)??

this may be the way to detect start

Config video fps and rate settings don't work

we compute delay for transitions based on video fps and rate.
running at 1080p60 expected videofps 60. rate 30 = 1 sec trans. rate 60 = 2 sec trans.
math for computing delays will be wrong with videofps 60

Aux Output Support

use the old projector source buttons to do aux output for the switcher

Add shortcut for performing a tied-next slide

Would like a way to call an auto transition synchronized with a next slide. This should only have an effect when it is a liturgy slide.

Change default bells script

We want to do the auto-transition and then wait 2s before starting bells playout.

Integrated Presenter Reset Slideshow

Button to reset slideshow to start

Remove connection dialog if connected ok.

Since we can now see the connection status here:

If connection succeeds we don't need the annoying dialog anymore.

Add Main-Action Event to all slides

We can do pre/post events with dedicated action slides/ autoseq action slides. Would like a way to execute actions on all slide types. E.g. for a hymn - put the next camera shot (preset source) as a main action so when the slide shows hymn we can have an automated preset for next shot. This is better than having the next slide be a dedicate action. This also allows a large set of liturgy slides to have automated camera transitions.
