Source maps are broken for .vue files about volview HOT 9 CLOSED

Have you tried re-running npm install? I had also run into this, but now it's working for me, and I'm guessing that it was because of an npm install.

Try deleting node_modules then re-installing. I can also try updating the vue-cli packages. There is a patch version bump.

I tried the patch version bump, but still not joy. I tried removing node_modules. You don't see the issue if you remove node_modules and reinstall?

I'm seeing the issue again. For some reason, the breakpoint line number is correct, but the source code has a bunch of whitespace in front of it.

I tried bumping various versions and changing the sourcemap type, but neither seemed to help.

I think this may be an issue with typescript + vue-cli@5. Not entirely sure just yet.

Thought: we could look to switching to vite, since vue-cli is in maintenance mode and there might be some wonky vue-cli config causing this issue.
