Add non-standard katakana and hiragana 'wi' and 'we' to the conversion.
Katakana wi: ヰ and we: ヱ are still used, even though they are non standard (standard kana are イ and エ respectively). These have full- and half-width versions.
Similarly hiragana as the same wi: ゐ and we: ゑ (standard are い and え, respectively).
These should all be in the conversion mapping.
