你可以试试吧项目根目录的 node_modules 目录删除了，再来 npm i 安装下。
单从报错来看，看不出是哪里问题。

试了下，并没有什么问题。
你的环境是咋样的，node 版本？ node 模块都正确安装了吗？logo.svg 是否放在了正确的位置？

node版本是v8.9.1

根目录直接跑 npm install
