步骤的话可以参考 Jekyll#github-pages。
简单来说就是先 clone 到本地，在 _post 文件夹加上自己的文章，然后 push 到 GitHub 的对应分支上（如果是 <username>.github.io 命名的项目，对应分支名为 master 。其他分支名为 gh-pages，详见 Github Pages: Configuring a publishing source for GitHub Pages。
同步的话，通过主题的 gem 包可以同步，详见 Jekyll: themes。暂时还没弄这个，以后有计划。
需要注意的是 GitHub Pages 自动编译并不支持 gem 包主题，唯一的方法仍然是手动合并主题到你的网站。
